The hotel's location is perfect, with easy access to the airport and expo. There is a shopping street and many eating places nearby. the room we stayed in was clean with a balcony overlooking the marina. the staff was kind and helpful, providing clean towels and a comfortable bed. the breakfast, although not outstanding, was sufficient to keep us going until lunchtime.
The service quality was disappointing. the staff was incompetent, not understanding English well and failing to provide simple requests like a feather-free pillow.

We had a fantastic stay at the hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the airport and expo. There was a shopping street and market nearby, as well as many eating places. The room we stayed in was clean and had a balcony with a great view of the marina. The staff was kind and helpful, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Recep, who worked during the night, was particularly welcoming and friendly, offering us hot beverages and engaging conversation. The bed was comfortable and the sea view was beautiful.
Cannot find any fault.

Spent my New Year's Eve at this hotel and had an amazing time! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the pier and in the heart of a bustling shopping and dining area. the room was clean and cozy with a lovely view of the marina. the staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering complimentary drinks and snacks for the holiday. the breakfast was standard but filling, and kept me going for the entire day of exploring.
That the room was a bit noisy due to the large windows not closing properly, but this was easily remedied by using earplugs at night. the Wi-Fi was a bit spotty at times but was not a major inconvenience.

Great location, close to the airport and shopping street/market, with plenty of eating options around. The sea view from the hotel room was nice too. The staff at night were friendly and welcoming, they offered us hot beverages to enjoy while we chatted with them.
The room was dirty with peanuts under the bed, and the drawers had weed and cigarette filters inside. the windows weren't able to close properly leading to noises from outside that made it difficult to sleep.
